Target group

Our fellows, aged between 18 and 26, are (or want to become) young activists striving for a pluralistic and tolerant society in Georgia.

Peer education and knowledge transfer

In Diversity School we build upon the experience of our fellows to develop and share best practices.

Our partner Theodor Heuss Kolleg facilitates this process and provides further expertise and skills training according to the needs of our fellows.

See the following link for the general mission and methodology of Theodor Heuss Kolleg.

Our alumni-fellows have the chance to receive further training within the program. Please see the following links for more information on the Mentor Program and New Facilitator Training. Currently Diversity School with it's former programs (GettingInvolved!, Joint Civic Education, Social Leader Forum) has up to 150 alumni in Georgia, from which 40 are qualified mentors and 17 are qualified facilitators within our program. Alumni are actively involved in the development of Diversity School program, strategic planning and participatory evaluation.
