Diversity School is based on peer to peer education. Committed alumni fellows can get further involved in the training process by serving as mentors. In such a position they share their experiences with the current fellows and support them by providing consultancy throughout their learning process.
In return for their pro bono dedication, mentors receive extensive training about mentoring. This gives them the possibility of becoming qualified for professional challenges related to coaching, supervision and consultancy. Currently the Diversity School program has 40 mentors qualified in this field.
